Descendants of Freedmen of the Five Civilized Tribes Associations Board of Directors:

Marilyn Vann – President – Marilyn is of African Indian ancestry. She is descended from the Cherokee Indian Fields family and the Chickasaw Indian Love family. Her ancestors were listed on the Dawes rolls as Cherokee and Chickasaw Freedmen.

Ron Graham – Vice President - Ron Graham is of African Indian Ancestry.  He is a descended from the Creek Indian Grayson family. Ron has ancestors listed on the Dawes Rolls as Creek freedmen

Sharon Lenzy Scott – Secretary – Sharon is of African Indian ancestry. She is descended from the Creek Indian Perryman Family. Sharons ancestors were listed on the Dawes rolls as Creek Freedmen.

Gail Jackson – Treasurer – Gail is of African Indian ancestry. She is descended from the Creek Indian Hodge family. Her husbands has ancestors who were listed on the Dawes rolls as Cherokee freedmen and are members of the Cherokee Starr family, and are descendants of Cherokee Indian Nancy Ward.

Rhonda Grayson – Board Member – Rhonda is of African Indian ancestry. She is descended from the Colbert family of Chickasaw  Indians and the Grayson family of Creek Indians. Her ancestors were listed as  Chickasaw and Creek freedmen.

Jeff Kennedy – Board Member – Jeff is of African Indian ancestry. He is descended from the Love family of Chickasaw Indians. His ancestors were listed as Chickasaw and Creek freedmen.
